Rebate Swap

What's the offer?

The Rebate Swap offer will allow eligible recipients of the Low Income Household Rebate to swap their rebate for either a:

  • Free, fully installed, 3 kilowatt solar system through the Rebate Swap for solar offer, or
  • Free, no-obligation energy assessment followed by one or more of the recommended upgrades through the Rebate Swap for energy upgrades offer.

How to Apply

  1. Click  here [ do not click the register on the top right corner]. 
  2. Complete the Eligibility check, Eligibility application and Consent sections.
  3. Submit your application.

To complete your application, you will need to upload the following:

  • a recent electricity bill to confirm that you are receiving the Low Income Household Rebate.
  • an image of your Pensioner Concession Card or Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card to confirm it is valid and up to date.
  • If you are a homeowner, you will need a Council rates notice or similar evidence to confirm that you own your home. If you don't have a Council rates notice, please contact the team by filling out the form on our website to discuss other forms of evidence.
